giving thanks.

i am thankful for everything i have been fortunate enough to be blessed with. the clothes i wear, the food and drink i eat, the hot water i bathe with, the glasses i use to see, the ink that comes out of a pen when i want to write, the car that gets me to school on time, the sun that warms my skin when i am cold, the family that protects me and helps guide me, the church i am a part of that helps strengthen my relationship with God, the pets that give me warmth and comfort and love, the friends that i can confide in and share laughs with, the troops fighting in the war and keeping us safe, the boyfriend whom i love more than i love myself, that i can completely trust and who always manages to broaden my perspectives and my ways of thinking.
