better days

i finally got my new phone in the mail. some trouble at first because the sim card didn't come in the box, but i got it yesterday and tampered with it for a while. it's not what i expected, but i can't complain because a phone is a phone, and at least i know what time it is now! i need numbers though, i only have like 10 atm and that's like 12% of what i used to have. so, give me yo numba and a picture at school sometime.

i've decided i'm going to get back into guitar. i stopped for a while during the season, because i was putting alot of stress on my hands and fingers, and that wasn't nice, but now that i'm not really doing much of anything, it's something i could do to make good use of my time. i learned how to play everlong in about 10 minutes. it's still pretty rough around the edges, but it's getting there. it's funny, it's the only song i can't sing while playing. weird. i thought of a bunch of other songs i wanted to learn, but i didn't get much progress done because i kept changing the tuning of my guitar. standard e, drop d, half step down.... oy. well, i'm glad i'm starting to do this again. i should play for you sometime ;)

i need to get my grades up. first semester's almost over what the fuck. but yeah, i guess that's all for now. well, not really but i want to look for more tutorials and get something to eat. but overall, the title of this post explains how it's goin down right now. BETTER DAYS, and i'm loving it. thanks again, calvin.
